Qualifications:

- Must be able to work well as part of a team, follow directions, interact with a variety of personalities, and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a safe, productive manner in all outdoor conditions (rain, wind, snow, steep and remote terrain)
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Associate Degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to identify tree species
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Job Description:
· Conduct inspections of completed vegetation management work in order to ensure compliance to applicable guidelines and /or standards for vegetation clearances and work quality.
· Aid utility in the coordination of their overall vegetation management program as required.
· Communicate work to be performed to the vegetation contractors.
· Assist with storm restoration or other emergency situations as directed by the utility.
· Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Location: Report to designated location daily, work Newark to Cambridge areas.
Compensation: Based on experience. Company vehicle will be provided.
