Position Summary

This is a labor-focused role supporting site preparation and utility installation for new residential construction. Candidates should be physically fit and ready to work outdoors year-round. Experience operating equipment is a plus, but the priority is a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks including:
• Hand trenching
• Laying conduit and pipe
• Installing water lines and electric conduit
• Yard prep (raking, silt fence installation)
• Site cleanup and general labor
• Operate or assist with skid steers and mini excavators (training available)
• Assist equipment operators and follow direction of site supervisor
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Read basic plans and understand work instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior construction or landscaping experience
• Willingness to learn equipment operation
• Ability to lift, dig, and work in changing weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding outdoor work
• Some equipment use, mostly labor-intensive
• 90-day probationary period for all new hires
