Job Title: UV Machine Operator
Job Summary
The UV Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining ultraviolet (UV) curing or UV printing machines to ensure high-quality production output. This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring production processes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor UV machines according to production specifications
- Load materials and adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, UV intensity) as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Record production data and report any defects or machine issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operating procedures
