Your opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for a UX Designer with a strong focus on experiment-led optimisation to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with your cross‑functional agile squad to identify and validate optimisation opportunities through structured discovery and research, while leading ideation and collaborative design activities
You'll make an impact by:
Digital Product Definition & Delivery
- Champion user needs and ensure a customer‑first approach across all design activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on requirements and deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
- Apply best‑practice UX processes while maintaining consistency with digital experience guidelines. Contribute to strategic discussions and advocate for user‑centred design principles.
Skills & Techniques
- Journey mapping, asset mapping, and design documentation.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Jira.
- Use metrics such as SUPR‑Q, CSAT, and e‑commerce KPIs to assess design impact. Collect and integrate stakeholder and user feedback regularly.
Leadership
- Support best‑practice design methods across the team.
- Share insights and contribute to capability uplift. Promote the value of UX to stakeholders.
Accessibility
Workshop Facilitation
- Lead workshops and design sessions with clear objectives. Foster inclusive collaboration and evaluate sessions through participant feedback
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in UX delivery.
- Background in experimentation‑driven optimisation.
- Primary UX research capability.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments and navigating ambiguity.
- Proficiency in responsive web design.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Degree in Design or recognised UX qualification. Proficiency with Figma and Miro.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience in Telco, Financial Services, Retail, or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
- Experience with large‑scale design systems. Exposure to analytics and research tools such as ContentSquare, UserZoom, or UserTesting.
