As a UX enhancer, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into user oriented project specifications. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the energy and telecommunications sectors to ensure that our solutions align with business goals and user experience goals.
The Job (yes the tasks list is detailed ! It will be fun, we promise) :
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate into user centered developments.
Collaborate with design teams to refine user interfaces and ensure they align with user-centered design principles. Prioritize and implement UX enhancements based on business goals and user needs.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and recommend improvements for a seamless experience and collaborate with developers to ensure UX designs are feasible and properly implemented in production.
Audit navigation structures, layouts, and interactive elements and conduct usability tests, to optimize user engagement based on qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Develop a deep understanding of our infrastructure and systems, including processes, microservices, databases, software, integrations, technologies and deployment pipelines.
Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications including APIs, architecture diagrams, and data flow designs for development teams and advocate for a user-first mindset in team discussions.
Stay informed on emerging trends in UX research, tools, and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Measure the impact of UX changes through user feedback, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with consistent information, and that every task is assigned clear ownership and a well-defined completion process.
Help document application functionalities, release note and version histories.
Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders.

Is this job for you ?
Education : A Master degree in Computer Science, User experience design, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience : Proven experience on UX projects, preferably in the retail industry.
Expertise in translating business needs into technical deliverables.
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, APIs, data modeling, and software development methodologies.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and working within iterative design cycles.
Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Customer first way of thinking.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Language : You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
