We're Hiring: UX/UI Design Counsellor (Commission-Based)

Are you passionate about design education and helping aspiring designers kickstart their careers?
We’re looking for a UX/UI Design Counsellor to join our team at Design Decode Academy - a growing online design academy empowering learners to build real-world UX/UI skills.

Role: UX/UI Design Counsellor
Compensation: 5% commission per successful enrolment
Course Fee per Seat: ₹2,000 (INR)
Work Type: Remote / Flexible Hours

Responsibilities:

• Connect with leads through WhatsApp and Phone calls.
• Explain course benefits, structure, and career outcomes clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with potential learners and convert leads into enrolments.
• Maintain a positive relationship with students and promote academy programs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets
• Passionate about the UX/UI design field and education.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
