About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated Valet Manager to join our team and oversee valet operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences at our restaurant.

Schedule:

• Availability Required: Every weekend (Wednesday-Sunday)
• On-Site Work: 5 days a week
• Restaurant Hours:
• Wednesday-Saturday: 4 PM – 10 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 4 PM
• Days Off: Monday and Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of valet attendants, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
• Oversee daily valet operations, ensuring cars are parked and retrieved promptly and safely.
• Train and motivate valet staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized valet area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in valet services, hospitality, or supervisory roles required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
