Valet Trash Porter – Evening Shift (M–F)
Compensation: $30–$40 per evening (guaranteed)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 20 minutes – 1.5 hour per evening
Location: Luxury Apartment Community, Flagstaff, AZ

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Valet Trash Porter. This is a consistent, part-time evening role ideal for someone who values independent work, takes pride in cleanliness, and enjoys light physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk the property and collect bagged household trash directly from apartment doorsteps.
• Transport collected trash to the on-site dumpster or compactor using a provided carrier or dolly.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks such as picking up loose litter on property grounds to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Refill and maintain pet waste stations once per week.
• Ensure all collection is completed within the scheduled shift window and handle all materials with care and professionalism.

Compensation & Hours:

• Guaranteed daily pay of $30–$40 per evening, regardless of how quickly the route is completed.
• During the initial phase as a new community is onboarded, shifts typically take 10–30 minutes per night.
• Once the property is fully established, the average shift duration increases to 1.5–2 hours per night, Monday through Friday.
• Opportunities for additional properties or shifts may be available for dependable and high-performing individuals.

Requirements:

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle (truck preferred, but not required).
• Ability to walk moderate distances and lift 25–30 lbs.
• Dependability and punctuality are a must.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years or older.
