Responsibilities
- Participate in acceptance tests and identify project-related risks;
- Quickly diagnose incidents and implement appropriate solutions;
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements throughout the testing phases to guarantee successful project validation;
- Assist in reviewing technical documentation, monitor quality during project execution, and coordinate project implementation;
- Availability for business travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Background in electrical engineering (low or high voltage), HVAC, or related electromechanical fields, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Proven experience in data center environments;
- Familiarity with testing and validation processes, as well as data center systems;
- Strong awareness of and experience with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety);
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration abilities;
- Some experience in test project management is preferred; PMP certification is a plus;
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
