Responsibilities

• Participate in acceptance tests and identify project-related risks;
• Quickly diagnose incidents and implement appropriate solutions;
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements throughout the testing phases to guarantee successful project validation;
• Assist in reviewing technical documentation, monitor quality during project execution, and coordinate project implementation;
• Availability for business travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Background in electrical engineering (low or high voltage), HVAC, or related electromechanical fields, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Proven experience in data center environments;
• Familiarity with testing and validation processes, as well as data center systems;
• Strong awareness of and experience with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety);
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration abilities;
• Some experience in test project management is preferred; PMP certification is a plus;
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
