Job Description:
At Clean Arrow Ltd™, we are on the lookout for a dedicated, reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include safely transporting a team of up to 5 individuals to and from scheduled job sites. Additionally, you will be expected to perform cleaning duties, demonstrating competence, skill, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset. We offer an extensive benefits package, including a provided van with no associated costs, insurance coverage, fuel expenses covered, and fortnightly pay.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and on time, while also adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various vehicles, primarily vans, to transport the team to assigned job locations safely.
• Ensure effective communication with team members to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transport.
• Assist the team with loading and unloading cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Flexibility in working hours is essential due to early starts and potential late returns.
• Follow schedules and routes provided by the company.
• Safely operate and maintain a company van for transporting cleaning staff and equipment to job sites.
• Ensure the van is clean, organised, and in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding schedules and job details.
• Assist the cleaning team as needed during on-site operations.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of travel logs and job-related paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a chauffeur, van driver, or delivery driver is advantageous.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with driving regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with loading and unloading work materials.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Approximately £21,674 (full-time)
