Van Driver / General Operative

Description: To distribute plant/supplies promptly to our many projects. Represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Deliver a wide variety of plant/supplies to different projects and through different routes

· Plan out your routes in advance and ensure you meet delivery deadlines.

· Adhere to company vehicle policy.

· Complete logs and reports where applicable.

· Complete General Operative tasks when required i.e. assisting different projects with stores to ensure a clean/working environment.

· Carry out the safe loading and unloading of goods.

· Attend Health & Safety Training where required.

· Wear all necessary PPE for the task being undertaken and maintain in good order.

Skills Required:

· Employee to be over 25

· Current full driver’s licence

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

· Familiarity with local streets, neighbourhoods, and routes.

· Highly responsible & reliable.

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week

Work Location: In person
