We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vape & 4/20 Specialist - Team Lead to join our retail team. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and a passion for the industry. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining product merchandising, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Experience

• Leadership experience or previous supervisory roles in retail or similar settings preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer operation skills required
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering/cash handling procedures necessary
• Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
• Organizational skills for merchandising, filing, and inventory management essential
• This role is ideal for candidates passionate about the industry who possess excellent organizational and time management skills, leadership ability, and a customer-focused mindset
