Job Summary

We’re looking for a fast-learning, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Vape Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate can quickly absorb product details and confidently assist customers with personalized recommendations. While full training will be provided at our Downtown East Chinatown location, a strong ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with professionalism, positivity, and energy
• Quickly learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products from wagyuvape.ca
• Recommend and explain vape products clearly and confidently
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Accurately process cash and card transactions through the POS system
• Stay informed on current promotions, new product launches, and industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (required)
• Fast learner with the ability to understand and keep up with trending vape products
• Must know or be ready to quickly learn about disposables, e-liquids, pods, and vape devices
• Strong product retention and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Vape industry experience and a valid driver’s license are assets
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.20 per hour
