Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our dealership lot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance our guest services.
Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including checking in new arrivals and keeping track of vehicle locations.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests visiting the lot.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
- Experience in a dealership environment is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this position.
