Vehicle Sales And Service Manager

Automax Cars Limited in Auckland is currently recruiting for the role of full-time permanent Sales and Service Manager.

You will be managing the sales and after sales operations of the car business.

You will require three years experience and/or a relevant qualification (minimum Diploma) in business/ management/ retail/ sales/ other relevant fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Service Manager, you will:

- Planning and providing after sales support and services

- Managing and setting pricing

- Managing sales staff

- Liasing with Finance Manager over vehicle financing and insurance

- Managing sales, pricing and stock control.

- Managing inventory control.

- Managing sales strategy.

- Managing buying and dealing with wholesalers.

- Managing grooming and car servicing.

- Ensuring operational efficiency and in dealing with customers

- Establishing and managing procedures, policies and protocol relating to customer relations and services provided.

- Maintain functional stock levels within budget constraints

- ensuring customer service provision by care sales persons

- reviewing customer service relations between customers and car sales persons

- Monitoring targets

- ensuring and maintaining sales records.

Employment is a minimum of 32 hours per week to a maximum 45 per week.
