What the Job is About:
As our Vending Deployment & Quality Lead (M/F/D) you build and maintain strong business relationships (including annual agreements) with all vending suppliers in Austria.You manage negotiations with existing and new vending suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms. Furthermore, you define and implement business development projects to drive sustainable growth
Shape the Future: Take charge of developing and negotiating our annual budget with third-party suppliers, always aligning with our bold business strategy.- Be the Connector: Keep everyone in the loop—share plans, best practices, deliverables, and timelines with all key stakeholders for maximum transparency.
- Collaborate Globally: Stay in constant contact with national and international partners, working hand-in-hand with our regional sales team to hit strategic milestones.
- Drive Results: Oversee the rollout of commercial activities, measure their success, and deliver annual sales forecasts and progress reports that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Champion Quality: Lead the way in after-sales excellence—resolve service cases, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements to delight our customers.
- Fuel Innovation: Partner with vending machine manufacturers to push technical boundaries and bring new ideas to life.
- Own the Numbers: Track service KPIs, dig deep to find root causes, and implement smart solutions that make a real difference.
- Optimize for Success: Keep a sharp eye on costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
- Set the Standard: Work closely with external partners to ensure top-tier service quality and a culture of ongoing improvement.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in key account management, sales, or brand retail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent self-management and a proven drive for results.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently to Italy (approximately once a month); Italian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Driving license class B – for this, you will receive a neutral electric company car for business and private use.
