We are looking for a motivated and personable Verizon Enrollment Associate to join our team. The Verizon Enrollment Associate will work directly with customers to guide them through the full-cycle sales process, answer product questions, and support the brand loyalty of one or our largest clients, Verizon.

As a Verizon Enrollment Associate, you will build relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and supportive enrollment experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys sales and working with a team. Candidates with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities as a Verizon Enrollment Associate:

• Guide applicants, in-person, through each step of the enrollment process and ensure all requirements are completed for all Verizon Wireless products and services
• Provide information regarding Verizon Wireless products and services, including their features and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
• Collaborate with other Verizon Enrollment Associate team members to meet sales goals
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers as a Verizon Enrollment Associate

Qualifications as a Verizon Enrollment Associate:

• Diploma, GED, or equivalent level of education
• Previous experience as a Verizon Enrollment Associate, or in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must!
• Ability to build rapport and guide individuals through decision-making processes
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems or applicant tracking tools
• A goal-oriented mindset
