Position Overview:The Verizon Sales Associate will play a key role in driving consumer outreach initiatives, developing creative strategies, and supporting our top-tier client accounts. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for enhancing client satisfaction, contributing directly to sales growth, and providing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Associate:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, utilizing comprehensive product knowledge to assist and engage customers effectively.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of customer experience and outreach campaigns, boosting visibility and revenue for key clients.
- Engage directly with consumers, providing personalized sales support to those expressing interest in products or services.
- Communicate effectively to solve challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Offer thoughtful resolutions to customer concerns and ensure a positive client experience.
- Continuously assess your performance, utilizing feedback to improve customer service skills.
- Work both independently and within a team to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Participate in quarterly training sessions and networking events to stay current with industry trends.
- Commit to ongoing learning about new products, market shifts, and essential skills.
Candidate Qualities:
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
