For our location in Böhmerwaldstraße 20, 4600 Wels for the Division Wire Rope we are currently seeking individuals who are as diverse as the industries for which we manufacture our products.

Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for our customers in the Cranes & Industrial segment, with a focus on steel ropes and their applications.
• You will support our international customers – from preparing quotations and processing orders to invoicing and handling complaints
• You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction by providing expert assistance with technical questions and product advice
• You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager in international sales and together you will ensure smooth processes

How to convince us

• You have completed commercial training—ideally with an apprenticeship certificate or high school diploma
• You have several years of experience in internal sales
• You are confident in communicating in German and English – Spanish or Italian is an additional plus
• You are experienced in working with MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are independent, team-oriented, and persuasive – with a genuine enjoyment of sales and customer contact
