Starting Pay: $18.03 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Location: United Center - 500 Virginia St. E. Ste. 710 Charleston, WV 25301

We're dedicated to continuous growth to improve our client service. Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Case Management team.

The Veterans Disability Case Manager is responsible for assisting new and existing Veteran clients with their legal disability claim over the telephone. The position requires a compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case. A Veterans Disability Case Manager must be able to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment. This client-centered position requires effective communication skills and a high level of accountability.

The Veterans Disability Case Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the Jan Dils Charleston Office & communicate any issues that may arise
• Take client walk-ins & assist with any questions/paperwork
• Be dedicated to clients by returning all emails and voicemails within 24 hours
• Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily
• Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim
• Become an investigator by obtaining medical evidence to support claims
• Be excellent with time management by maintain task list goals
• Develop case strategies to determine the paths of case success and educate the client on what is needed for case success
• Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim
• Guide our clients as they navigate the complexity of the Veterans Disability process
• Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least a 90% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Veterans Disability Case Manager starting pay rate is $18.03 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 49 to 87 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
