Red Arrow Animal Clinic (RAAC) proudly celebrated 10 years of AAHA accreditation in 2024, and in 2025, we’re excited to welcome a full-time, experienced and dedicated Office Manager to aid in overseeing day to day operations at the practice.

For over 40 years RAAC has endeavored to provide excellent patient care and customer service in an ever-growing field of veterinary care through continuous updates in technology, techniques, and medical practices. The pace is fast and dynamic, encouraging team members to cultivate independence and adaptability. Clear, direct communication is valued, and navigating diverse perspectives and priorities can call for a strong emotional intelligence.

The candidate will possess:

• CVPM certification a bonus
• Experience working in a customer service setting REQUIRED
• Experience working in a veterinary setting REQUIRED
• Fear-free handling technique
• Management experience
• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in time management and organization
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Proficiency handling cash and other financial tasks
• Proficiency in digital recordkeeping and documentation
• Proficiency in patient triage both virtually and face-to-face
• Familiarity with DEA and OSHA compliance standards

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
