Company Overview
The financial services industry is in the midst of a transformation being led by several mega trends. One of the most powerful trends is the shift in investment advice to digital enablement of both advisors and investors. The core of investment advice is moving away from performance-based to goals-driven solutions. Wealthcare pioneered the entire goals-based movement over a decade ago and continues to be an innovation and technology leader in this transformation.

This position provides the ideal opportunity for a candidate to advance within a dynamic, fast-growing company with continuously evolving systems and processes that incorporate enterprise efficiencies. - Build and refine business intelligence and performance tracking tools to deliver timely, data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the company’s capital structure and cash flow strategy, balancing risk, liquidity, and return to support operational needs and investment plans.
- Support corporate development initiatives, including M&A deal modeling and due diligence in conjunction with SWM.
- Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks by implementing robust internal controls, risk assessment frameworks, and audit procedures.
- Supervise and develop the Finance team to ensure high performance, alignment with company values, and professional growth.
- Provide insight to the CEO and executive leadership team, linking financial insight to business priorities and transformation initiatives.
