Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Sales and Business Development to assume a key executive role within our company. This pivotal position will be instrumental in propelling Pushysix Media Group to new heights by developing and executing strategic initiatives that expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the two partners, you will collaborate closely with them to set and achieve ambitious business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our client base within the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including untapped industries and emerging markets.
  • Foster partnerships and alliances that enhance our service offerings and market reach.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Business Development:
  • Leverage industry networks to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to align sales and marketing efforts, optimizing lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Oversee key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with account managers to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive retention.
  • Executive Collaboration:
  • Work directly with the owners to set strategic business objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in high-level decision-making processes, contributing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive network within the construction, industrial, or related sectors is considered a distinct asset.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
