We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Vice Principal to support academic and administrative leadership at our school in Jalaun.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Principal in overall school management.
- Oversee academics, curriculum, and staff performance.
- Monitor student progress, discipline, and well-being.
- Support teacher training and classroom observations.
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain reports.
- Coordinate events, activities, and parent communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Education (Master’s preferred).
- 1+ years in a leadership/administrative role.
- Knowledge of curriculum, student support, and school operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital tools; female candidates preferred.
