Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years of total professional experience, including 10 years of teaching in a recognized nursing college.
• Must meet Indian Nursing Council (INC) and State Nursing Council eligibility norms for the post of Principal.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Vice Principal will provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to ensure the highest standards of nursing education and institutional development. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing curriculum planning, academic scheduling, and evaluation as per INC and university guidelines.
• Supervising faculty performance, promoting professional growth, and maintaining discipline and quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and University regulations.
• Managing institutional budgets, reports, and accreditation processes effectively.
• Promoting research, innovation, and continuous improvement in teaching and clinical training.
• Coordinating student welfare, clinical exposure, and community health initiatives.
• Acting as a liaison between management, faculty, students, and external bodies to achieve institutional goals.
