Jay Bharat English Medium School, Katghora is inviting applications for the post of Vice Principal for our State Board school. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and dynamic academic leader who can support the Principal in managing academic and administrative functions of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative operations

• Monitor teaching quality and curriculum implementation

• Supervise teachers and support staff

• Ensure discipline and a positive school environment

• Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic planning

• Communicate effectively with parents and staff

• Support school growth and student development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in any subject (B.Ed mandatory)

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, with leadership or coordinator experience preferred

• Good knowledge of State Board curriculum

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with management and staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
