Per il nostro negozio Toolynk ricerchiamo, per il nostro staff, un Vice Responsabile di negozio.
È una persona che ama stare in mezzo alla gente e coordinare il lavoro altrui. Ha una naturale propensione all'apprendimento di cose nuove e all'accettazione di nuove sfide.
Nel nostro staff vorremmo un Vice Responsabile in grado di comunicare e aiutare i clienti che, entrando in negozio per salvaguardare la propria salute e quella dell'ambiente, hanno bisogno di sentirsi accolti da una persona che condivida con loro il valore del buon cibo e del rispetto per la Terra.
È richiesta precedente esperienza di direzione di un punto vendita.
Mansioni:
- Gestione del PV in mancanza del Capo Negozio (orari, procedure, mansioni)
- Gestione del cliente
- Coadiuvare il Capo Negozio nella gestione dei collaboratori (formazione, selezione, motivazione del personale)
- Operatività all’interno del negozio
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €1.159,96 - €1.912,14 al mese
