We’re looking for a CCTV Supervisor to join our leadership team and help us deliver best-in-class security monitoring services.

The Role

As a CCTV Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our CCTV Operators while also actively participating in monitoring and responding to alarms. You’ll manage shift coverage, ensure compliance with procedures, coordinate with other supervisors, and act as the escalation point for incidents.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong decision-making skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of CCTV Operators to ensure continuous monitoring.
• Monitor cameras and security equipment; respond to alarms as required.
• Review incident reports and footage for accuracy, escalation, and compliance.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels for full coverage.
• Conduct team briefings, provide training, and deliver performance feedback.
• Coordinate with other supervisors, technical teams, and external agencies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Oversee equipment functionality and recommend system improvements.
• Carry out special projects or administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence (must be maintained).
• 2–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and surveillance practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound judgments.
• High attention to detail and ability to enforce standards across a team.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
