About the Role:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative Video Editor who can combine storytelling with smart editing tools. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually engaging videos from short-form social content to branded campaigns using both traditional editing software and AI-powered tools to streamline the process and enhance output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, ads, brand campaigns, and events.
• Use AI-based tools (like Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, OpusClip, or similar) for auto-editing, motion generation, or content repurposing.
• Add effects, transitions, and sound to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for concept-based videos.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and quality across all visuals.
• Optimize videos for different platforms Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing
• Internship/freelance experience acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with AI editing platforms (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, OpusClip, Descript, etc.).
• Understanding of social media video formats and current trends.
• Creative eye for framing, color, transitions, and storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics & animation skills.
• Script-to-video automation knowledge.
• Sound design or voiceover sync experience.
• Basic camera handling or shooting experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s in Media, Film, Communication, Animation, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).

Compensation:
