Hiring - Video Editor

Location - Devanahalli, Bangalore

Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.

Responsibilities

· Contribute to the creative process to make engaging videos based on university requirements

· Editing videos, creating motion graphics in line with branding guidelines

· Be comfortable working with tight schedules and delivery timelines

· Edit videos of events and podcasts, and create relevant supers

· Work with copywriters, the communications team and internal teams seamlessly

· Ensure final output videos are visually appealing and in sync with institutional requirements and industry trends

· Repurpose and render the visuals as per the requirements of various social media platforms

· Flexibility to work long hours or over weekends if necessary

· Basic knowledge of handling small testimonial shoots

Requirements and skills

· Proven editing skills

· A strong portfolio

· A good ear for music

· Strong interest in cinematography and a good understanding of mood boards

· Good sense of colour and possess colour correction skills

· Familiarity with editing software and technologies (such as Adobe Suite, FCP, Premier Pro, After Effects, Blender, knowledge of basic photography and videography, colour correction plug-ins)

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

· Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation or related field is a plus

· Minimum 1+ years of experience, preferably in the education domain

· Ability to learn and upskill oneself continuously to keep up with emerging technology and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,898.48 - ₹45,859.25 per month
