Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipe specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Follow all kitchen policies and procedures

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
