Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality finished projects that align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in editing software, and a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content
• Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and marketing department to understand project requirements
• Trim footage, add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions
• Perform color correction and basic color grading
• Synchronize audio and enhance sound quality
• Create social media content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Promotional Videos)
• Manage and organize video assets and archives
• Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression

• Strong storytelling and visual sense

• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

• Experience in color grading
• Basic knowledge of cinematography
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and digital marketing platforms
• Experience working in a production house, agency, or corporate media team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
