• Key Responsibilities:

Travel with the team to various events and shoots.

Operate camera equipment to capture high-quality footage.

Edit raw footage into compelling long-format videos for YouTube or other platforms.

Create visual zines or video-based stories/recaps.

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.

Support with social media management (posting clips, basic captioning, scheduling).

Ensure timely delivery of edited content with quick turnaround times.

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Ability to shoot with DSLRs or mirrorless cameras (basic handling, framing, lighting)

Basic knowledge of audio recording and event-based shooting.

Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and music syncing.

Understanding of social media trends and content formats (especially Instagram & YouTube).

Willingness to work a 6-day week and travel locally with the team.

A creative mindset with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects or similar)

Graphic design (for zines or thumbnails)

Photography skills

Experience in live event coverage.
