Position: Video Editor (Full-time)

Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar (In-person – creative vibes only!)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (with fast-track growth as our content explodes)

Your Daily Canvas:

- Transform raw footage (student testimonials, campus tours, visa success stories, cultural adventures) into captivating, emotionally charged videos that make viewers dream big.

- Master short-form fire for Reels, Shorts — plus polished longer edits for YouTube, website hero sections, and promo campaigns.

- Own the full post-production magic: precise cuts, seamless pacing, killer color grading, sound design, motion graphics, text overlays, transitions — everything that makes a video unforgettable.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to nail brand voice while injecting your unique creative flair.

- Experiment boldly: trending effects, cinematic looks, emotional storytelling techniques — your ideas shape how we inspire the next wave of global students.

We're Hunting For:

- A proven Video Editor with a standout portfolio (show us your best edits — we want to feel the goosebumps!)

- Deep mastery of pro tools: Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have), After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro — whatever your weapon of choice, own it.

- Storytelling instinct: You know how to hook in 3 seconds, build tension, deliver payoff, and leave people moved.

- Self-starter who crushes deadlines and thrives in a fast, purpose-driven environment.

- Bonus edge: Fluent in Hindi + English to connect authentically with our audience; 1+ year hands-on editing experience preferred.
