Required a Video Editor - Digital Content Creator - Reel Maker
Location - Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata (WFO)
Experience - 5+ years
Salary - 40k to 50k
Key Requirements:
- - Proven experience in creating high-performing reels for product/service marketing.
- - Strong understanding of hooks, retention techniques, and platform algorithms.
- - Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- - Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, persuasive video narratives.
- - Data-driven mindset with understanding of digital marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Conceptualize and create Instagram Reels and short-form videos aligned with product marketing objectives.
- - Translate product features, benefits, and USPs into compelling visual storytelling.
- - Develop scripts, hooks, and CTAs focused on conversion.
- - Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for engagement metrics (watch time, saves, shares, leads).
- - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
- - Track performance analytics and continuously improve content strategy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
