Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor + Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing videos, and designing engaging creatives for digital platforms. This role plays a key part in strengthening the brand through high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Plan, shoot, and direct video content for promotional videos, events, testimonials, campus shoots, interviews, and social media reels.
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for high-quality production.
• Capture B-roll footage and maintain visual storytelling standards.
• Coordinate with students, faculties, and departments for scheduled shoots.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website.
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, and sound effects as needed.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all video outputs.
• Manage video storage, backups, and naming conventions.

Graphic Design

• Design posters, banners, brochures, infographics, and social media creatives.
• Create thumbnails, title cards, and reel covers for videos.
• Work on digital ads creatives (Meta, Google Ads & remarketing).
• Support branding requirements (standees, event branding, certificates, etc.).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (any one).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and color grading.
• Ability to edit short-form content (Reels), long-form videos, and motion graphics.
• Creative thinking and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and design tasks simultaneously.

Additional Preferences

• Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is an added advantage.
• Experience in educational institutions or agencies preferred.
• Ability to handle live streaming and event coverage.
• Drone videography skills (optional but preferred).

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Editing, Graphic Design, or any related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video and design work (mandatory).
