Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative portrait/property Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual stories in Reel and Feature format. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to produce compelling videos that align with our brand's vision. The job will be based around the Northwest with editing at home and our main office.

Duties

  • Operate video cameras and related equipment to capture footage for various projects, including promotional videos, events, and social media content.
  • Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software, ensuring high-quality output that meets project specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Conduct research on current trends in videography and editing to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, and sound recording.
  • Maintain an organised library of video assets and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor or in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is required.
  • Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording is highly desirable.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging narratives through visual media.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work is essential for consideration.

Are you passionate about videography? We are looking for the newest addition to our team to edit property tours for the property industry.

This role allows for remote working from home, with working hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30. Filming and Editing will be required

Our ideal candidate will be someone with experience in professional video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a knowledge and curiosity about new and evolving software and media formats. We would also like someone who is able to keep up to date with, and see the importance of, social media in the property industry.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
