Vie - Health & Safety Digital Analyst

Location :

The role is based in Luxembourg and will report to the Head of Health and Safety of ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Product.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Visualization:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
• Conduct Health & Safety analysis and reporting

Data Analysis:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret digital data from various sources such as website analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact digital initiatives

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and other online activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for improvement in the digital landscape

Collaboration:

• Support closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to align digital strategies with overall business objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making at various levels within the organization

Technology Utilization:

• Stay updated on the latest digital analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices
Implement and manage analytics platforms to ensure accurate and timely data collection

Education

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or similar
• Proficient in numerical analysis, graph design, and data analysis
• Proven experience in digital analytics, data analysis, and reporting

Competencies

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools as: Excel, PowerPoint, power app, SharePoint power BI, FORMS, power automation
• Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Proficient in using Share point and SAP
• Knowledge of web development and digital technologies is a plus
