Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Contrôleur Finance Transformation H/F est à pourvoir au sein d’ Airbus Singapore à Singapour.

L’objectif principal du Contrôleur Finance Transformation est de support les projets liés à la digitalisation et à l’optimisation des procédures au sein de la Finance pour Airbus Asia (Training Center (AATC) et Airbus Singapore.

Vos principales responsabilités

Le candidat aura les missions suivantes :

• Supporter les projets liés à la transformation de la Finance pour une plus grande simplification et digitalisation de nos procédures telles que:

  • l’automatisation de nos tableaux de bords et reportings

  • Auditer les procédures existantes chez AATC et identifier les domaines d’amélioration et d’automatisation

  • développer et implémenter de nouveaux outils Finance pour AATC en utilisant SAP et GoogleSuite

• Supporter la stratégie de la gestion du changement et le plan de communication afin d’accompagner l’adoption des changements requis par le lancement de nouveaux projets ou initiatives

Vous apporterez également votre aide sur des sujets ad-hoc ou corporate au besoin et à la demande de superviseurs, tels que Business case, ateliers, ou analyse ad-hoc pour Airbus Singapore et AATC.

De façon générale, vous vous assurerez des tâches suivantes:

• S’assurer que les reportings sont exécutés dans les temps ainsi que de leur précision

• S’assurer d'obtenir l’adhésion des opérations à la politique d’entreprise, et agir en gardien afin de garantir le contrôle interne en place

• Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et inspirant!

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

• une expérience confirmée dans les systèmes financiers et les solutions digitales ( SAP, SAP Analytical CLoud, Google Sheet….)

• Diplômé d’une licence / master ou équivalent dans le domaine de la finance ou de la comptabilité

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international avec une adaption rapide aux changements

Vous démontrez également les compétences suivantes:

• Multitâche avec une excellente organisation

• D’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication pour gérer les parties prenantes internes

• Autonome avec de fortes compétences d’analyse et orienté(e) solution

• Fort esprit d’équipe avec le but d’assurer un maximum d’efficatité

• Maîtrise de Google Suite, Excel incluant les fonctionnalités avancées, formules et manipulation de données

• Capacité à traduire des données complexes en scénarios concrets et applicables

• Motivé(e) et enthousiaste, avec une forte volonté à relever les défis et prendre des responsabilités

A VIE for a Finance Transformation Controller -F/M has arisen within Airbus Singapore , in Singapore. You will join the Finance team.

The main job scope of the Finance Transformation Controller is to support projects related to digitalization and optimization of processes in Finance for Airbus Asia Training Center (AATC) and Airbus Singapore.

Your Main Responsibilities

The candidate will have the following missions:

• Support projects related to the transformation of Finance for greater simplification and digitalization of our process, such as:

  • Automatization of dashboard and reporting,

  • Audit existing AATC finance processes and identify areas for improvement and automation,

  • Develop and implement new financial tools for AATC using SAP and Google suite

• Support change management strategy and communication plan to support adoption of the changes requested by new projects or initiatives launched

But also:

• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required and assigned by supervisor(s), such as Business Case, workshop and ad-hoc analysis for both Airbus Singapore and AATC

And in general:

• Ensure reporting are performed accurately and on timely basis,

• Ensure operations adhere to company policies and act as gatekeeper to ensure internal control is in place,

• Contribute to a positive and inspiring work environment,

Your boarding pass:

You have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in Financial Systems and Digital solutions (SAP, SAP Analytical Cloud, Google Sheet...)

• Proven experience in Finance transformation, projects or similar role,

• Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s / Master’s undergraduate,

• Ability to work in an international & dynamic environment and quick adaptation to changes

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal stakeholders,

• Independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Team oriented and willing to ensure maximum efficiency,

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable scenarios,

• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel including advanced functions, formula and data manipulation,

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, willingness to take responsibilities and challenges,
