We are looking for a team member for a casual role to help us with our viewings.

We are a relocation agency. We take the stress, overwhelm and hassle out of local, interstate and international relocations and we are looking for a team member who can help us look after our very varied clients.

The role itself is very flexibile as it will vary with the hours you work each day and week. You will be out and about vewing houses, meeting with real estate agents or clients, taking videos and providing your feedback/opinion

There will be Saturday work required on occasion but we see this role as mainly Monday - Friday 9am to 2.30pm with flexible hours morning and night if required.

Some jobs can start early, or run late though, its very changeable depending on the client and their location.

Responsibilities

• viewing properties and providing feedback to the client, the team and the real estate agents where necessary.
• assiting with entry condition and exit condition reports when clients arrive and leave

Dealing with change is very important, things cancel, clients change their mind, your day may change from what you had planned so often things can be last minute and you have to be able to go with the flow.

Good communication skills! You will be talking with clients around the world, clients locally, and a remote team of colleagues. Comms is crucial.

This job can be a little sporadic in nature. It is different & fun, & suited to someone who doesn't need a clear outline of what their day will look like each day/week.

We like people who are good with people. If you are an active listener who knows Perth then we need you.

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week
