Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

• Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier VIP customers
• Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travel
• Promote marketing events & activities
• Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly. Proactively monitoring all guests and also acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports.

Mōu | About You

• A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mile
• A strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversation
• Sensitive and empathetic to other's needs
• Someone who has pride in their appearance with a professional image
• Someone who has a proven track record in customer facing roles

The must-have's:

• The availability to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation, particularly over nights & weekends
• Be over 20 years of age
• Have a clear credit history and criminal record
