We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Virtual Account Specialist. This role focuses on supporting clients with everyday account-related needs, ensuring information is accurately updated, and assisting the account team with essential coordination tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through phone, email, or chat to provide updates and address general questions.
• Assist with routine account activities, including scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining documentation.
• Keep client profiles and account information current, organized, and aligned with internal guidelines.
• Work alongside internal departments to help move client requests forward efficiently.
• Monitor task progress, track updates, and help maintain consistent communication flow with clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer services or account management is helpful.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work comfortably with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: $48,930.76 - $58,927.37 per year
