Position Summary:We are hiring Virtual Customer Representatives to join our fully remote support team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, organised, and passionate about helping others all from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

· Assist with basic product, billing, or account-related questions

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Follow established processes to resolve or escalate issues

· Provide friendly and professional support to every customer

What You’ll Need:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, browsers)

· Self-motivated and able to stay productive independently

· Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred (Not Required):

· Experience in customer service, sales, retail, call centers, or admin roles

· Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software

Pay: $55,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
