Job Description: Consultant / Sr. Consultant – Business & Corporate Visa Processing

Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Business & Corporate Visa Processing
Location: Balaji Nagar, Chennai
Salary Budget: ₹35,000 - ₹38,000 Gross per month

Experience Must Required in Travel Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end business and corporate visa processing for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Review and assess the documentation submitted by clients for visa applications.
• Communicate with government authorities, consulates, and visa agencies on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on visa requirements and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa laws and policies for different countries.
• Monitor the status of visa applications and address any issues or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient processing of visa applications.
• Ensure all documentation meets the legal requirements of the destination country.
• Offer excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and providing updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa processing status.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business and corporate visa processing.
• Strong understanding of immigration policies and visa processes for multiple countries.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex visa procedures to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications concurrently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and visa processing software.
• Knowledge of various visa categories, including business, work, and corporate visas, is essential.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably related to International Relations, Law, or Business).

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Balaji Nagar, Chennai.
• The selected candidate will be entitled to the salary package of ₹35,000 - ₹38,000 Gross, depending on experience.
