Job Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Coordination
- Engage with clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure seamless coordination throughout the visa process.
2. Requirement Analysis & Guidance
- Gather and analyze client requirements to offer accurate and relevant guidance regarding visa processes and documentation.
3. Visa Quotation & Follow-ups
- Prepare and send detailed visa quotations to clients.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to address client concerns and encourage timely decision-making.
4. Document Verification & Query Resolution
- Review and verify all client documents required for visa applications.
- Address and resolve client queries efficiently to ensure a smooth application process.
5. Visa Application Processing
- Manage the end-to-end processing of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
6. Embassy/Consulate Coordination
- Liaise with embassies and consulates for application submissions, status updates, and other related matters.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions, documents, and application statuses.
8. Ongoing Follow-ups
- Provide proactive follow-ups with clients and relevant authorities to track progress and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
