About the DEEPWORK program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Nebrija Uinversity and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa (FUE).

Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at University of Nebrija.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the Portfolio Strategy Team in Philip Morris Spain, focusing on Visibility campaigns.

We look for support to help develop visibility strategy for our trade partners (tobacconists) and implementation of it in line with the organization guidelines, manage the daily tasks of third parties’ relationship, implement solutions to gain synergies between the departments’ strategy and the field sales force needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of seamless execution of guidelines and experience in tobacconists
Help defining, designing, and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy
Support with creation of appealing and eye-catching visual displays that impact consumers inside tobacco shop
Contact point with support center to solve any issue related with the In-Store Visibility materials
Assist team monitoring costs and ensure projects are within budget
Liaise with suppliers and source elements to guarantee on time execution and implementation of campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

You have:

A recent degree in marketing, business management, communication or similar
Working fluency in English (B2 level and above)
Excel and Digital Tool Experience is a plus

You also have:

Team-player and collaborative skills
Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time
A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset
Effective communication and creative skills from concept to execution – both with agencies and internal stakeholders
Ability to work with ambiguity: you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills
