Flexible Supervised Visitation Supervisor
**(Weekend availability required)**
We are seeking a dependable and flexible supervisor to oversee supervised visitations between non-custodial parents and their children. This role ensures a safe, supportive environment for the child’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor visits, ensuring safety and intervening if inappropriate behavior occurs.
Report to the scheduler any availability changes promptly.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all communications and visits.
Complete and submit accurate visit reports on time.
Respect client confidentiality at all times.
Inform management of any absences (illness, vacation) with sufficient notice.
Qualifications:
Dependable, flexible, and patient.
Able to handle emergencies if needed.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license required if transporting clients.
Time Commitment:
Must be available for the duration of a client’s court-ordered supervision, which can include weekends and flexible hours.
Assignment Details:
Assignments can be one-time or ongoing, and all visitation requests are managed by the owner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.50 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
