Brainster Studio is a creative and digital marketing agency focused on building strong visual identities, social media content, and digital experiences for ambitious brands.

We are looking for a Visual Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging reels, graphics, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content
• Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, stories, ads, and promotional creatives
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content
• Handle basic video shooting and content production when required
• Work on color correction, transitions, typography, sound, and visual effects
• Create content aligned with different brand identities and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams
• Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats, editing styles, and visual trends
• Maintain consistency in branding, design, and visual quality across all content

Required SkillsVideo & Reel Creation

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, music, and hooks
• Ability to create engaging content from raw footage

Graphic Design

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating social media posts, carousels, advertisements, and brand creatives

Tools

Must-have:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Canva

Good to have:

• Adobe After Effects
• Illustrator
• CapCut
• Figma
• Other video editing, motion graphics, or creative tools

• Someone who understands what makes content scroll-stopping
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to experiment with new formats and creative ideas
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A strong portfolio of reels, videos, graphics, or social media creatives

Qualification

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, Animation, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Portfolio matters more than the degree.
