Visual Merchandiser

Position

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the Visual Merchandising in all the Retail channels. He/she, as a member of the Visual Merchandising Team, shares the guidelines of the Central Visual Function and ensure its perfect implementation in all the Stores. He/she proposes and discuss with the Central Visual Function the Visual Merchandising opportunities and solutions to enhance and develop the business under his/her responsibility under the supervising of then VM manager. He/she is also responsible for the executing and monitoring of the Visual Merchandising trainings inside the stores.

• Strategic Visual merchandising management for 22 doors in Loro piana Korea
• Insure the Brand DNA & seasonal Brand campaign well delivered through VM display
• Collaborating with internal departments and also stores
• Communicate with Central Visual & Central Merchandising in order to deliver the optimal VM guide

Job responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising

  • Proposes and discuss with the Central Visual Function the Visual Merchandising opportunities and solutions to enhance and develop the business under his/her responsibility under the supervising of then VM manager
  • Performs the implementation of windows and displays’ installations in the stores, monitoring their fit with the type of the stores and in compliance with the guidelines defined by the Central Visual Function
  • Follow up the process of photo feedback and guarantees the control of the markets by visiting the stores, ensuring his/her presence during the implementation of the most important installations, as well as the windows’ seasonal change and the installations for the new openings
  • He/She supports the Store Manager and/or the Visual In-Store with accurate directions and informations in order to ensure the correct maintenance of the installations and the alignment with the central guidelines
  • Encourages and facilitates the collaboration with the Buyers for the implementation of ad-hoc installations within the Retail Store, in order to promote specific products and/or slow movers and maximize the use of the stockroom assortment, by adapting the guidelines defined by the Central Visual
  • Performs & Executes the periodical store installations, based on the defined schedule, in view of sales’ trend, market’s peculiarities, customer target and benchmark competitors, collaborating with the Retail and Wholesale & Franchising Functions
  • Collaborates and supports the Visual Central Function in showroom activities and special event installations
  Participates in and coordinates the setting up of the key and/or special installations within the stores

• 3~5 Years Strong Visual-Merchandising background, with a great sense of aesthetic
